Mid 2021: Updates + Invest CPF OA with Endowus?
In the midst of P2HA...
One full circle and we are sort of stuck in the same situation as 2020 (read: CB). Things are definitely better this time round and everyone seems to see it as the new normal. Sadly (but yet thankfully), there wasn't much movement in the markets which means no GSS for us investors :( Oh well.
Not much updates to our investment portfolio (tracked using StocksCafe) so I will not be uploading our holdings but here's the current value:
We only loaded a little more on Netlink and also recently subscribed for MIT's private placement (hoping for good news!).
*Current Dividends till date for 2021: SGD1555.28*
Syfe (Equity 100)
Pretty decent returns compared to in April '21 where it was at ~4%
I think there was a mini dip at some point in between April - mid May where I invested slightly more than my usual $100/month. Still going very conservatively for this and looking to increase it to $150/per month.
Oh and also, this portfolio rebalanced a little and now there's some China ETF involved too.
Endowus (♀)
Started this in Mar '21 in my personal Endowus account. I have to say, I am actually quite impressed by its growth (slow but steady). Not sponsored but this seems to be way better than Syfe's Global ARI which I also chose a portfolio of 60/40. Also treading very cautiously on this one (as I am not much of a risk taker compared to my better half), but after this review, I am also looking to increase my monthly allocation here to $150/month.
Endowus (♂+♀)
Same thing here, using the 60/40 portfolio. This is parked under his account but it's a shared fund. We both contribute a total of $300/month. Happy with the current growth.
This was the Cash Smart portfolio that I mentioned in our previous post. It wasn't doing so well (tiny negative returns) at the beginning but now it seems to be quite stable. We contribute a total of $500/month into this fund. We believe that this portfolio needs at least a year or so for its growth so we are still slowly observing it.
Previously, I mentioned that we were looking to fund our SRS and invest it with Endowus. However, we have decided to scratch that idea. Now we are looking to invest a tiny portion of our CPF OA into Endowus Fund Smart. We have just created our CPFIA and will start once it's approved.

Net Worth (%)
Just did this for fun cause I thought it will be interesting to see. At this point our combined Net Worth has reached more than half a million 🎉 (~500K) as he included a significant sum of $ that is invested into a corporate bond. Looks like our previously set goal has been fulfilled earlier.
Our current goal: to hit 650K by Dec 2022 (@ 30 & 27 y.o.). I hope that's not too ambitious and we will tweak along the way if needed!
That's all for now! Cheers :-)
